Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Top Training Executive develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs. Reviews new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Additionally, Top Training Executive oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment. May lead or contribute to a succession planning process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top human resources management. POSITION TITLE: Executive Management
DUTIES:
PROCESS: In special circumstances, the need may arise for the staff augmentation services of a uniquely qualified candidate(s). As a result, the process will follow as such:
NOTES: There will be no minimum/maximum hourly rates entered into the respective price
schedules. Therefore, it is incumbent of the Offerors to negotiate competitive direct and
indirect rates to produce a fully burdened rate. The fully burdened rate and subsequent
total value will be evaluated in comparison amongst all offers received.
Offerors are not permitted to restrict competition through non-compete or any other
means. Overtime, if any, shall be compensated at the straight time rate.

WORK HOURS :
