We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant/Receptionist to work for a financial institution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage traffic flow, connecting visitors with appropriate staff.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and ensure adequate supplies.
• Anticipate and meet guests' needs for exceptional service.
• Resolve inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Assist with security measures and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in finance, retail, or hospitality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe PDF.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,440.00 - $48,000.00 per year
