Conducts reviews and inspections of internal and vendor processes and activities to monitor compliance. Being a Total Quality Analyst collects data and prepares documents and charts to report status of programs. May be certified in methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen. Additionally, Total Quality Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Job Description/Responsibilities:
RN
You would be directly accountable for the care given to your patients.
Administer care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
Implement patient treatment plans as directed by provider
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Educate patients about health maintenance and treatment plan
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide information and support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
Current and valid medical state license/certifications.
Minimum of one-year professional experience in similar medical setting
Familiarity with relevant medical software and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
