Conducts reviews and inspections of internal and vendor processes and activities to monitor compliance. Being a Total Quality Analyst collects data and prepares documents and charts to report status of programs. May be certified in methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen. Additionally, Total Quality Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Manage and implement innovative Total Rewards program offerings
Create/maintain benefit policies and provide recommendations on best practices
Liaison between TR COE and HRSC as well as other COE’s
Subject matter expert and key point of contact for complex issues/resolution
Manages vendor relationships and contracts
Responsible for supporting maintenance of Total Rewards communication portal
Oversees compliance tracking and regulatory submissions
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
5 years of progressive experience in benefit management, analysis and administration
Excellent and demonstrated knowledge of benefits administration, policies, procedures, practices, products, services and tools
Understanding of HIPPA, COBRA, ACA, related laws and reporting requirements
Excellent project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Strong analytical, problem solving, and planning and organization skills
Has the ability and/or experience collaborating with diverse teams
Clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences
Adherence to relevant data protection laws, with appropriate discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential and/or personal information
This role can be remote, hybrid or in person at our beautiful Newton, Massachusetts headquarters. It will pay up to $80K yearly and comes with full health, dental, 401K and other optional benefits.
