Total Quality Management Senior Manager oversees and manages the team responsible for the implementation, administration, and measurement of total quality management programs. Leads the team in providing training, tools, and logistical assistance for quality initiatives. Responsible for daily store management and employee supervision;
Facilitate training for all new hires and also provide continual training for existing employees;
Represents the company in a professional, helpful and friendly manner;
Assists customers with product inquiries and sales;
Meets weekly sales & productivity objectives;
Sells additional products through suggestive selling;
Pitches monthly sales promotions;
Captures all necessary information to support or direct mail efforts;
Assists in inventory control and prevent shrinkage;
Maintains store cleanliness and order;
Advises when stock is in low supply;
Learns product line;
Attends product training sessions;
Projects professional image and enthusiastic floor presence;
Cooperates with management and coworkers;

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position directly supervises non-supervisory personnel and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Total Offroad policies and applicable laws. Ensures all Company Policies and Procedures are followed.
