Description
This position is responsible for managing our Delivery Driver staff as well as our fleet of company vehicles. Must be able to perform the Delivery Driver position and train new hires in the processes.
**This position is based out of our Mauston, WI Pharmacy and delivers medications throughout the state of Wisconsin on a nightly basis.**
Responsibilities and Duties:
Delivery of medications during overnight hours to locations through out Wisconsin.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance on Company vehicles. Schedule repairs and maintenance that cannot be done in house with local vendors.
Repair, clean, delivery, and set up of medication carts through out the state.
Manage Delivery Driver staff; schedule, train, payroll, discipline, performance reviews, participate in hiring process, promote teamwork
Fills in on routes as needed, manages on call duties
Accurately completes all necessary record keeping in a timely manner
Demonstrates promptness, courtesy, sincerity, patients, professionalism when dealing with facilities. Works to solve problems on behalf of the Company. Maintains a neat, clean professional appearance and wears ID badge when doing deliveries.
Drives Company vehicles in a safe, professional manner, abiding by all State laws.
Other duties as assigned.
