Leads teams to provide training, tools, and logistical assistance for quality initiatives. Additionally, Total Quality Manager typically reports to a senior manager. The Total Quality Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a global distributor and manufacturer in their search for a Total Rewards Manager to join their growing HR Team. Qualified candidates will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Total Rewards Manager role with job duties focused on compensation and benefits strategy and implementation.

    Essential Job Duties:

    • Administer and enhance benefit plans to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry trends.
    • Lead 401K plan administration, including testing, reporting, and compliance.
    • Oversee biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Collaborate with vendors and HR leadership to negotiate contracts and resolve benefit-related issues.
    • Manage open enrollment processes, including communication and employee education.
    • Support M&A projects by defining integration strategies and staying updated on relevant regulations.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • 5 years of experience in benefits administration and payroll processing.
    • Strong knowledge of benefits plans, retirement programs, and payroll software.
    • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

    Benefits, Location, Pay, & Schedule:

    • This position is stationed at the Blaine, MN facility.
    • Offering an onsite/hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
    • The schedule is Monday to Friday – core business hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
    • Pay starts at $90,000/year & is dependent upon experience level.
