RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst - Total Rewards in Saint Louis, MO.
Responsibilities: * Business Analyst will act as daily contact with vendors; Build and maintain relationship with 3rd party providers that facilitate high service levels to client base, streamline administrative processes and concerns, and ensure internal and external compliance standards are met * Support Annual US and Global Wellbeing Benefit program initiative * Monitor US programs to ensure they comply with plan documentation and handle administrative tasks * As a Business Analyst, you will have a system that they created to be able to handle/monitor tasks and projects * Respond to elevated colleague issues and concerns, as necessary in ServiceNow regarding benefits inquiries * May also perform additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree required * 3 - 5 years of relevant experience * Strong Excel (Word) proficiency is a must * Must have exposure to a Benefits Administrator * Ability to pull reports from Success Factors and other employee centric systems and analyze data * Experience with SuccessFactor is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
