Trade Compliance Specialist jobs in Fort Campbell, KY

Role and Responsibilities:

• Reviews required documentation and disclosures in loan and deposit accounts to identify and report discrepancies, errors, and other detected problems.
• Prepares a variety of reports with findings and recommendations.
• Provides support for other departments by researching and answering questions, and training.
• Provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager - as well as assistance on projects, reviews, and audits.
• Responsible for monthly and year end data integrity reviews of HMDA and CRA data collection and reporting.
• Monitors and reviews for compliance flood regulations.
• Has prompt and regular attendance.
• Has helpful attitude with direct and indirect co-workers.
• Strives to improve the efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings.
• Completes all training assigned by HR, IT, Compliance, BSA, and supervisor on a timely basis.
• Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Follows IT Security Policies and Procedures, including the diligent reporting of phishing emails.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Accounting, Auditing and/or banking experience (Preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Officer Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Tact and public relations expertise
• Ability to work well with others
