Role Description :

Warburton Capital Management is seeking a full-time Assistant Trader to join our team on-site. The Assistant Trader will play a key role in supporting day-to-day trading activities, including trade execution, order management, and portfolio rebalancing.

Additionally, they will collaborate closely with our investment team to analyze market trends and develop effective investment strategies.

Qualifications :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in trade execution and order management.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and portfolio management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

Additional Requirements :

• Series 65 Licensure.
• Experience with Mutual Funds, ETFs, Treasuries, and Options trading preferred.

Compensation :

Base compensation range for 2024 : $50,000 - $75,000, subject to annual adjustments based on performance, credentials, and market conditions.

Performance-based incentives and bonuses may be awarded based on trading results and individual contributions specific to our investment methodology.
