2nd Shift Team Lead - Customer Service Agent for busy bail bond office located in the industrial park.

Full time - Working hours are Tuesday - Saturday 3p-11p including holidays as needed.

This position will work a majority of their shift solo so applicants need to be self-directed, have the ability to stay on task and work independently.

Any applicant must have a clean criminal history and be a resident of Iowa because of licensing requirements for the State of Iowa. No out of state applications will be responded to.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide professional, courteous customer service

· Respond to client requests for service, providing information, entering information into company computer system.

· Communicate with clients about their case and look up court information.

· Build and develop relationships with clients.

· Possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.

· Timely communication to clients.

· Follow up with clients to ensure all information and paperwork has been submitted.

· Communicate effectively while soliciting additional business.

· Communicate with Manager to assess the needs of the client.

· Performs other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

- Must have the ability to pass a state criminal background check as required by the Iowa Insurance Division.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability to walk to the jail facilities is required and employee would need to possess a valid driver's license.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
