Establishes connections with other dealers to ensure inventory of bonds is maximized. Additionally, Trader (Retail Municipal Bonds) requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. May require state licensure. The Trader (Retail Municipal Bonds) contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Farnsworth Group is seeking a Municipal Civil Engineer in our Bloomington, Champaign, Effingham, Peoria, or Pontiac IL offices. In this role, you will be focused on the planning, design, and management of various civil engineering projects including water/wastewater/stormwater for local and government agencies.     Job Activities:
    • Manage, support and build relationships with clients and agencies
    • Work with a variety of projects for municipal client needs related to water, sewer and streets
    • Conduct field inspections, measurements or calculations
    • Perform condition assessments
    • Prepare and develop construction, design documents and plans
    • Manage projects and programs from inception to completion
    Specific Requirements Desired:
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
    • 2 - 5 years of Civil Engineering experience
    • FE or PE Certification, or expected to be obtained
    • Experience with IDOT, MFT and local agency projects
    • Experience or understanding of working with state and local authorities
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D
    • Ability to work both in the office and field for construction engineering and observation
    • Management, communication, and organization skills
