Introduction

We are seeking a Order Analyst to join our Global Order Management team. You will be responsible of ensuring smooth execution of the customer orders of Aggregates products to our factories worldwide and to arrange the transportation of the large machines to wherever the customer may need them.

Our team is experienced but also constantly developing and looking forward.

This position is a temporary role for a year with the possibility of becoming a permanent role. This role includes a flexible hybrid schedule.

You will join a team of management experts dedicated to providing an excellent experience to our customers and fulfilling their orders in timely manner.

What you’ll do

• Order receiving
• Order reporting
• Order processing in SAP globally
• Communication with customers globally
• Communication with Metso factories
• Fastly solving machine-related additional questions
• Answering to inquiries from various stakeholders

Who you are

• An educational background in minimum Bachelor level, e.g., Business Administration, International Business.
• 1-3 years of experience in international business is highly appreciated.
• Good written and spoken communication skills and knowledge of English is a necessity, and knowledge in Spanish and other languages are considered an advantage.
• A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and attitude, proactive approach to work, and great work ethic.
• Ability to work in busy environment with multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.
• A customer-focused and innovative mindset and problem-solving skills.
• An ability to work as part of a team and independently on certain tasks while taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
• Good skills in MS Office tools as well as experience with SAP (PS and SD modules) is highly appreciated.
