Training Assistant is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs. Schedules training events, coordinates with instructors, obtains and distributes required instructional materials, and communicates schedules and details. Being a Training Assistant processes enrollments and answers routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations. Uses an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels or assessments of the programs and instructors. Additionally, Training Assistant coordinates additional services including technical equipment, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Training Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Assistant operations manager will work with our current operations manager to learn our system and assist in daily activities of running our facility. Including running and working our front desk area, assisting with escalated staff issues, scheduling staff, banking, ordering of supplies, contacting vendors for repairs/on going services, and assisting with communication with our team to maintain and run our facility efficiently. Must be a team player, demonstrate excellent leadership/interpersonal skills, and must have a strong work ethic. Weekends included.
