Seeking Happy, Energetic Staff For our Team,* Columbus Boarding and Training LLC*. is looking for areceptionist that will manage existing business and assists in the creation of new accounts through providing prompt, efficient, and high-quality service in support of our customers and their loved ones.

Work Performed

• Properly checking in/out animals that we care for while maintaining individual records for each customer.
• Develop and maintain client relationships so that we foster mutual trust and confidence.
• Manage new and existing accounts including communicating via phone, in-person, and email about clients’ accounts.
• Become knowledgeable with all products and services provided by our organization and make recommendations to clients when they have an issue/desire regarding related products or services.
• Mange billing functions including invoicing, reviewing accounts receivable statements, reconciling account differences, and making documented collection issues
• Ensure all records are updated prior to accepting any animal that wants to receive services or from our facility.
• Greet and manage walk-ins, phone lines and email traffic.

Job Requirements

• Ability to research, analyze and solve problems independently
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Great customer service, organizational, and time management skills
• Computer Skills a MUST.

Preferred Education/ Experience

• 2 or more years of sales experience
• 2 or more years of receptionist experience
• Working knowledge of basic animal care
• Love for animals

Our facility is top of the line when it comes to your dog’s needs. It is climate controlled, has large kennels to ensure they are calm and relaxed, and the play areas are spacious to allow them to run it off. All dogs have access to fresh water, and their experience is tailored to their specific needs and likes.

We provide high quality, healthy treats during their stay with us using Tucker’s Freeze-Dried Raw. We do not use treats containing chicken as it is the number one dog food allergy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
