Leadership

• Oversees the daily operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to perform to the best of their ability
• Employee hiring, firing, and coaching
• Plans and leads daily team briefings

Client Relationship

• Responsible for meeting customer needs and exceeding them
• Responsible for finding new customers and developing the brand and reputation

Financial Performance

• Manage a full profit and loss (P&L)
• Delivers on financial targets

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
• Requires at least 8 years of experience in transportation and logistics
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in a management role
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage a function independently and without direct supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual preferred, but not required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
