Operations Support Specialist – Remote

As a key member of the Leisure Support Services team, the Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting in researching missing commissions, learning Central Command, and assisting in ClientBase (CRM) support and invoicing. This role will work closely with the Leisure Support team and report to the Senior Director Leisure Support Services. 

Expedition Expectations 

• Work closely with the Support Team to learn Central Command in researching missing and unmatched commissions 
• Work with Data Validation Department in resolving any errors or warnings in Central Command 
• Assist with Clientbase invoicing and support as needed   
• Resolve issues with invalid invoices  
• Assist with Direct Workflow requests 

Passport to Success 

• Experience in Accounting and back office systems (experience in Central Command/Agresso, a plus)  
• Experience in the ClientBase (CRM) or other similar discipline required 
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel required  
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US 

Going the Extra Mile 

• Ability to travel occasionally  
• Experience with Excel spreadsheets  
• Available to work an occasional weekend during a Central Command conversion
