Travel Supervisor supervises a staff of travel clerks who are responsible for coordinating travel needs. Provides guidance and assistance on complex and/or large travel requests. Being a Travel Supervisor evaluates travel vendors and provides performance results or ratings to management. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Travel Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Travel Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.     EDUCATION

    Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred and/or Teacher’s Certification (Bilingual or ESL Certification preferred).

    EXPERIENCE

    Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in an adult Education setting.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    Instructional oversight including teacher observations

    Ability to develop and implement innovative, quality-based instructional continuing education programs
