We are seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to join a school district in Los Lunas, NM. In this role, you will provide essential support to teachers and students, ensuring that every learner has the opportunity to thrive academically and socially. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance to students who need additional support.
• Implement strategies to support students with special needs, including behavioral or academic interventions.
• Help prepare classroom materials and set up activities under the teacher's guidance.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of students and work in a team-oriented environment.
