Duties:
- Negotiate: Skillfully negotiate prices and terms with clients and boat owners.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent service and fostering long-term relationships.
- Outside Sales: Conduct sales activities outside the office, meeting clients at marinas, boat shows, and other locations.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
- Technical Sales: Understand technical aspects of yachts to effectively communicate features to potential buyers.
- Salesforce: Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Analyze Market: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitors to advise clients accurately.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marine industry or luxury goods sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with yachts or boats is advantageous.
