As a Billing Specialist, you will support Service Writers and Department Managers by managing the billing processes and communicating with our customers for billing needs.
Billing Specialist Job Responsibilities
· Handles all aspects of customer billing, including the generation and delivery of customer invoices from our billing system
· Report to and assist department managers for billing and customer needs
· Record and track customer interactions, transactions, and billing needs
· Communicate and assist customers through various channels
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
· Communicate billing details to Finance or other relevant managers as needed
· Other duties or tasks as requested by management
