Miller Johnson, one of Michigan’s largest full-service law firms is seeking an experienced full-time Probate and Estate Planning Attorney.

The successful candidate for this role will possess two to six years of experience in legal services related to probate, estate planning, and trust administration.

In this position, you will meet with clients to assess their financial situations and objectives, draft legal documents such as wills and trusts, and provide expert guidance on minimizing estate taxes and protecting assets.

Additionally, this position represents clients in probate court proceedings and ensure strict adherence to relevant laws.

This role plays a pivotal part in helping clients secure their financial legacies while navigating the complexities of legal matters during challenging times.

This position requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, Michigan state bar admission, and expertise in state-specific probate and estate laws.
