Trust Clerk creates and maintains trust account records, notices and reports. Prepares expense checks and may administer charge fees according to the requests of account administrator. Student workers report to OneCard Office staff for various duties related to the modification and production of OneCards. OneCard Clerks are responsible for producing new and replacing OneCards for the campus community. Student workers also collect payment for replacement cards. OneCard Clerks will be tasked with troubleshooting problems related to the OneCard. They also perform administrative assistant duties for the OneCard staff including, but not limited to: word processing, managing incoming telephone calls, updating social media notices about the OneCard Office, and assisting with email replies concerning the OneCard Office.
Shift Information: This is a full time (37.5 hour) summer position for students only. $15 per hour. Students who are graduating in May 2023 are not eligible.
