Trust Manager - Operations jobs in Silver Spring, MD

Connsci is seeking a Program Manager for a potential upcoming project for a government client. This individual will be key personnel on a large Service Management contract for both a headquarters office as well as geographically dispersed regional offices. Specifically, this individual will be tasked to:

• Provide day-to-day oversight and management of the contract.
• Lead financial, technical, administrative, and personnel program activities to meet all contractual obligations in adherence to the organization's processes, procedures, and directives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) to Regional IT leadership, working with them to prioritize innovations and improvements, share survey results, and provide customer feedback on services portfolio.
• Serve as primary escalation and POC for service activities.
• Oversee cross-project planning for contractor resources, scheduling, milestones, and deliverables for on-time submission of contract deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex business issues and risks and facilitates resolution and risk mitigation.
• Manage contractor resources, scheduling, and training to maintain contractual performance obligations and ensure relevancy of staff.
• Participate in all contract level meetings, directing and coordinating changes, concerns and/or updates to support contract management.
• Ensure back-office support to properly process invoicing.
• Ensure adherence to the processes, procedures, standards, and policies.
• Oversee personnel security clearance requirements and manage performance assessments and evaluations.
• Provide oversight and governance for all service activities.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in Project or Program Management
• Active PMP certification
• Active ITIL certification
• Active Public Trust clearance per Federal stipulation

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Service Management
• Experience running large scale contracts with wide geographic footprint
