Overview:
Performs various administrative duties for the Trust Department in a timely manner. Provides administrative support to SVP, Trust. Performs administrative and clerical support department wide, such as preparing correspondence in final form, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files. Prepares monthly TAC and Trust Committee reports using information provided from Trust Department management. Ability and willingness to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Provides and performs clerical support, such as coordinating.

Provide administrative support for the Trust Department, including greeting business clients, answering phone inquiries, and coordinating schedules as requested, using Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

Prepare monthly TAC and Trust Committee reports using information provided by the Trust Department Management.

Responsible for preparing and mailing Change of Address Red Flag letters and ILIT Crummy Letters.

Proofread documents for spelling and grammatical accuracy.

Arrange appointments and meetings for the SVP, Trust; coordinates meetings and agenda materials for recurring client meetings.

Makes travel and lodging arrangements directly or through a travel agent.

Performs related duties, such as photocopying, ordering supplies, maintain files and participates in special projects as needed.

Coordinates proxy voting.

E-signature liaison; Accunet Admin

Participates in bank wide committees representing the department (ex employee engagement, risk, product and services)

Completes monthly reports and reconciliations.
IN ADDITION TO CORE ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES, OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Monitor and update Trust Department SharePoint; help maintain iDentify records.

Work Environment/Physical Demands/Condition Requirements:
Busy office environment, with moderate noise: computers, printers, phones, and light traffic.
Must be able to focus and not be easily distracted. Must be able to sit for at least 70% of the
workday. Some movement is required to retrieve files, etc. Must be able to see computer
screen and read documents.
