Trust Operations Officer directs the work of Trust Operations team in large and complex trust operations. Ensures that transactions are balanced and documented according to policies and procedures. Being a Trust Operations Officer oversees the input and maintenance of data in accounting systems and report generation. Coordinates the processing of dividends and disbursements. Additionally, Trust Operations Officer may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Trust Operations Officer manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Trust Operations Officer typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Essential Responsibilities Filing keep up to date with all the filing for our Personnel files. I-9 Audit- audit our I-9 binders and organize it. Virtual Files- This project will involve helping us transform our personnel files to digital files system. Duties include, cleaning up personnel files, scanning them and organizing our digital file system. Respectful Workplace Attestation Forms- This is a project that involves tracking the forms, follow up with employees that didn’t sign form or take the course and then print forms for their files. SharePoint- help with updating our POps SharePoint page with assisting to make our page more aesthetically pleasing and functional. Wellness Program- assist with coordinating events, posting on SharePoint and writing articles for our organization. Other Contributes to the Trust’s success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team and organization results. Performs other duties as needed and assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications Excellent administrative and organization skills.
