A Pennsylvania-based distributor has an opening for an Inbound Operations Manager to join their Bloomsburg team to oversee the receiving and inventory teams. Our Ideal Inbound Operations Manager:

• Proven Leader: Upper-level management experience is preferred.
• Experienced: 5 years working in a warehouse distribution center – preferably in inventory control or shipping & receiving.
• Goal-driven Has a high sense of personal responsibility and can lead people with positivity & encouragement while moving in the same direction with clear communication.
• Collaborative: Can build trusting relationships with employees, supervisors, and upper management. Must have strong interpersonal skills to maintain respectful & profitable relationships.
• Active: While this is primarily an office job, you'll need the ability to lift & carry up to 75 pounds and push/pull 150 pounds.
• Computer Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office products & able to learn distribution software quickly
• Performance evaluations: Can accurately assess team members' performances & motivate them effectively but with compassion.
• Passion for Excellence: Motivated to succeed. Aspire to get it right for the company and the customer. Desire to develop a team of great employees.
• Travel: Some travel to other distribution centers in the network
