We are looking to grow our office team with someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, customer service focused, eager to learn and interested in becoming apart of the Milarc Cabinets team! 

About Us

Milarc Cabinets Specializes in designing and constructing custom cabinetry to fit our customers individual style and budget. We offer expertise in custom kitchen, bath, home office, home theater, residential bar, and entertainment areas.

Milarc Cabinets has been locally owned and operated since it was established in 1980. Milarc has grown from a one-person shop to one of Northern Colorado’s premier custom cabinet companies, serving quality craftsmanship to Northern Colorado including Fort Collins, Windsor, Greeley & Loveland.

Job Responsibilities

· Provide support to our operations manager and manufacturing/production crew.

· Communicate with customers via phone, email and in person.

· Handle Showroom walk-ins & showroom tours

· Manage Invoicing, payments, and sales tax reports.

· Handle ordering for customer projects and shop supplies

· Input and track project information

· Learn numerous applications and processes.

Job Qualifications

· A willingness to cross-train and help in other aspects of the business, as needed.

· Light QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required.

· Proper time management and ability to work within tight deadlines.

· Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, while working independently

· Organizational skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

· Resourcefulness, creativity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

· Outstanding customer service & communication with our customers

· Proficient in Microsoft office products including Outlook, work & excel.

· Willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
