Aside from driving, as an Account Manager Trainee, you will manage up to an average of 30 stops per day. You will strengthen and maintain your relationship with your clients and minimize account losses by modeling our company values. You will have the opportunity to cultivate new sales and additional rental service volume. You will deliver and pick up your clients' orders in a professional, timely manner. You will train to gain your promotion to Account Manager.

Job Type: Full Time - (4-day work week)

Starting Pay: $25/hour - (40 hour/week pay guaranteed)

Account Manager Trainee Duties:

• Professionally & comfortably service customers
• Create & maintain relationships with customers
• Ensure customer retention, and provide excellent service
• Make safe and timely route deliveries
• Cultivate new sales and additional rental service volume
• Self-sufficient, reliable, and takes initiative
• Drive a 24' company box truck

Being an Account Manager Trainee is a very physical job that includes walking, bending, lifting, carrying, sorting of items, etc.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, organizational and customer service communication skills
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Minimum 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
• Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Professional, high-energy individual
