DESCRIPTION: Demonstrates decision making and problem resolution by efficiently handling disputes on the floor. Title 24: Non-Safety Sensitive Position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversees and maintains pit operation and pit personnel.

· Responsible for the conduct of employees in the pit.

· Expected to watch dealers to make sure they are dealing properly and catching mistakes.

· Watch for any cheating.

· Must be alert to players attempting to cheat the casino in any way.

· Watches for players who seem more skilled than others.

· Deals with paperwork that includes shift change, fills, and credits.

· Responsible for watching high rollers and may issue comps to players.

· Supports casino management team in development of customer business by being involved in brainstorming, suggesting ideas and solutions, and providing ongoing feedback to Table Games Manager.

· Discipline employees.

· Ensured games are run properly and according to the policies of the casino.

· Ensures that regulations and procedures of the games are followed.

· Must comply with the Minimum Internal Controls for Table Games.

· Ensures compliance, policies, and procedures

· Attends mandatory staff and departmental meetings.

· All other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have the ability to manage and supervise the games in the pit.

· Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing.

· Must have the ability to manage critical deadlines, priorities effective and efficiently.

EXPERIENCES/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

· General experience must have skills needed to perform the duties of position and applicant must have demonstrated the ability to acquire the knowledge and skills of table games or experience similar.

· Specialized experience applicant must have demonstrated that they possess the ability to successfully perform the duties the position after a normal orientation period. The specialized experience is related to the work of the Table Games Supervisor.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

· Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

· Must be 21 years of age at time of hire

· Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

· Must be able to work in a second-hand smoke, high noise, bright lights, dusty and smoke-filled environment.

· Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends

· Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.

· Must be able to pass a background investigation.

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.

· Must have a valid Driver’s License

· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.

WORK ENVIROMENT:

· Must be able to work in a secondhand smoke, high noise, bright lights and dust environment.

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

· Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

· Must have ability to deal with frequent changes, delays and unexpected events at times.

· Must have ability to adapt quickly to rapid changes while maintaining composure and excellent guest elations under all circumstances.
