RN Unit Coordinator/Supervisor Full-Time weekdays

White Oak Manor Burlington is seeking a motivated RN to add to our Amazing Nurse Leadership team. This is an exciting time to be a member of the White Oak Manor team! We have excellent staffing ratios, and a strong team of exceptional RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Our nurse managers excel in their roles and provide consistent and valuable support for the RN Unit Coordinator.

The RN Unit Coordinator assesses resident care needs and implements appropriate action. Implements nursing policies and procedures. Supervises the quality of nursing care provided to patients/residents for our skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians, and vendors. The Shift Supervisor desires to build on the employee engagement and excels in being part of the weekend/weekday team to encourage collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications include a current RN license in the state of NC, excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in long-term care and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
