Job Overview:
Exemplifies and ensures strong Customer Service in all areas of the job. Provides accurate records of store sales and related transactions while supporting store sales and the overall operating plan and performs store level cash handling and human resources and personnel functions.

Responsible for completing daily reconciliation, accounting and cash balancing functions, which may include counting safe, counting and maintain self check out registers and preparing tills and deposits. You will perform/ process money orders, lottery, gift card, postage, till audits, refunds, voids, and resolve cash handling discrepancies. You will review internal and external applications, conduct screening of interviews and coordinate with department managers interviews. You will monitor job postings and coordinate and maintain all aspects of the hiring process. You will maintain time and attendance records, attendance correction forms, scheduling and personnel compliance records, as well as associate leave, processing forms, reinstatements, termination forms, etc.

This position requires strong interpersonal, communicative, organizational and problem solving skills. Your shifts will be 5am to 1pm or 6am to 2pm. You may be required to work some weekends, but mostly Monday through Friday.
