Office Administrator

Full Time, Compensation: $21 - $24 / hour

Hinesburg, VT based Coffee Enterprises is seeking a qualified person to join our team to become our Office Administrator!

We are looking for someone to conduct general office administration for two companies: Coffee Enterprises (testing and consulting to the coffee and tea industries) and Dan Cox & Associates (consulting and expert witness for coffee litigations). The role supports management team for daily business operations and communications and would be the administrator for day-to-day business operations including, but not limited to, bookkeeping, banking, payroll and human resources.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Business Finance: Accounts payable (A/P) and receivable (A/R), banking, coordinating with company accountants.

2. Human resources: Payroll, employee records, employee benefits, and company handbook.

3. Benefits: Employee healthcare, time off, 401K, insurances.

4. General Office Responsibilities: Complete all day to day needs of the office, including shipping and mailing, communication, marketing, filing, and working with outside vendors for IT services.

5. Esprit de corps: The ability to get along with co-workers and management staff, create a respectful and collaborative work environment, provide assistance and support to staff members, and lead by example.

6.Support President with daily needs

We are looking for:

1. Advanced knowledge of office administration

2. Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and Gusto

3. Familiarity with the litigation process

4. Intermediate knowledge of accounting

5. Intermediate knowledge of social media for business marketing

And would like:

1. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Apps and Suite

2. Advanced writing and communication skills

3. Familiarity with the Adobe Suite, or other equivalent design software

4. Familiarity with Wordpress or other blog sites
