We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the shop, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products

- Oversee shift management and scheduling of staff

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns

- Supervise shop clerks and provide guidance as needed

- Implement retail management strategies to drive sales and meet targets

- Monitor market trends and adjust shop offerings accordingly

- Ensure efficient time management among staff for optimal productivity

- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, reports, and documentation

- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating shop employees

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff

- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in administrative tasks and record keeping

- Bilingual is required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year depending on experience.
