1) A proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
2) Familiarity with generative AI/GPT models, LLMs, voice assistants (Alexa, Google, Siri), and conversation AI engines

Job Overview
- The UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions.
- They will conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- They will create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- They will develop detailed user interface designs and ensure consistency in user experience across products.
- They will translate complex problems into clear, simple, and elegant design solutions.
- They will continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
- They will stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- They will advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
- They will ensure designs meet accessibility standards and work across various devices and screen sizes.
- They will collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.
Main Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design.
- A strong understanding of usability, and user experience, with at least 4 years of experience in a product development environment.
- A portfolio showcasing digital products’ UX work and experiences that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and user-centricity, preferably in the Fintech domain.
- A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user experience.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
