Our platform helps municipalities digitize their operations, improve services, and engage with residents efficiently. We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the user experience for our clients.

    Position Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and stakeholders—to create intuitive, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces for our SaaS platform. You will leverage your experience in building software to design solutions that are not only user-friendly but also technically feasible, ensuring a seamless integration between the design and development process.

      • Translate user needs and business goals into elegant, user-friendly designs that enhance the customer experience.
      • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
      • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
      • Work closely with the front-end development team to ensure designs are properly implemented and function as intended.
    • User Research & Testing
      • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
      • Analyze user feedback, session recordings, and usage data to drive design improvements.
      • Build personas, user journeys, and workflows to ensure a user-centric design approach.

      • Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are met in all design implementations to create inclusive user experiences.
    • Continuous Improvement
      • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, UI/UX technologies, and SaaS industry best practices.
      • Identify opportunities for improving the platform’s usability, performance, and overall experience.

    Qualifications

    • Experience
      • 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of designing software interfaces, preferably for SaaS or B2B applications.
      • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered approach, and the ability to solve complex problems with simple, intuitive designs.

      • Familiarity with usability principles, interaction design, and user testing methodologies.
    • Soft Skills
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
      • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
      • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
