Operating in the digital industry in LORAIN, Ohio, the UX/UI Tester will be involved in various tasks from processing customer applications to maintaining records and resolving inquiries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Conduct AB testing to ensure optimal user experience.• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD for design and testing.• Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and contribute to the team's workflow.• Implement Android Development techniques to optimize mobile user experience.• Maintain a keen understanding of brand awareness and its impact on design choices.• Use CSS for designing and enhancing user interfaces.• Resolve customer inquiries related to the user interface and experience.• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on user experience data.• Process and manage customer applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.• Keep accurate customer credit records, following all industry standards and protocols.
