Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, particularly in the areas of user experience, user journeys, email marketing, A/B testing, and data analysis.
• Ability to provide clear direction and feedback to content creators.
• Proven ability to generate marketing assets that generate conversions and retention.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations for improvements to the user journey.
• Understanding of how to build successful user journeys in HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other CRMs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail.
• Highly capable of problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Superior level of organization, flexibility, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Must sign Statement of Faith.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
• Must pass all required checks.

Experience:

• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
