Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across various digital platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test user-centered solutions that enhance usability and accessibility.

Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma and Omnigraffle.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Advocate for web accessibility best practices in all design processes.
- Participate in product development meetings to align design strategies with business goals.
- Utilize tools like Telerik for development support as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance user experiences.

Experience
- Proven experience in web design and user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Familiarity with development processes, including testing methodologies, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Omnigraffle, and Unreal Engine is a plus.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience working in product development environments will be beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics or similar platforms to improve user experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $126,255.00 - $134,482.00 per year
