VALET
The Valet attendant is responsible for giving all our guests top service. In addition, the Valet Attendants must responsibly and safely operate accepted guest vehicles that visit the Queen.

- Participate in departmental and company meetings.
- Observe, report, and take action as directed by the supervisor or above with respect to all suspicious, unusual situations.
- Properly and safely operate all motor vehicles accepted at the property.
- Inspect all motor vehicles for damage prior to taking custody and prior to delivery; must record any damages.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Always interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Be aware of and handle guest opportunities to ensure overall guest satisfaction in accordance with QCE’s Service PACK.
- Must be able to properly operate all received vehicle types.
- Must adhere to all of the rules of the road.
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner.
- Prepare written reports on incidents/medicals that occur during the shift in a timely manner.
- Document all incidents, property and vehicle damage as directed.
- Satisfactorily complete assignable work requested by management and ensure all department documents are accurate, legible, and complete during shift.
- Practice teamwork, support fellow Team Members, and create an energized, positive work atmosphere.
- Maintain a high level of personal integrity.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- 1-year previous valet experience, preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have an active valid state Driver’s License.
- Driving record must be in good standing.
- Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, nights and holidays.
- Must be able to follow orders and perform under high stress situations.
