The Vault Modern Smoke and Vapor is a chain of locally-owned retail stores selling a wide range of products including Hookah, CBD/Delta, Kratom, Tobacco, Vape and more!

We are looking for a result-driven Store Manager to provide support and motivation to the team. Applicants must be capable of working efficiently both as part of a team and individually. They will also share standard retail Sales Associate daily duties.

Management Duties include:

• Providing great customer service

• Running the register

• Understanding all aspects of the job of the sales team

• Being able to explain, teach, and enforce company policy

• Carrying out employee evaluations

• Motivating other team members

• Addressing employee and customer concerns

• Ensuring that all paperwork, logs, and cleaning are done properly

• Maintaining a clean, and attractive store

Sales Associate Duties Include:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features

• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries

• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

• Maintain store cleanliness, inside and out

• Actively seek out customers in store

• Retain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

• Process POS (point of sale) purchases

• Comply with inventory control procedures

Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Proficiency in English

• Basic Math skills

• Hands-on experience with POS transactions

• Familiarity with inventory procedures

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
