About The Role

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is looking for a Part-time Teller / New Accounts Representative for our Orem branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide stellar customer service to all customers
• Process deposit, withdrawal, and payment transactions
• Balance cash drawer
• Open new accounts, process wire transfers and stop payments
• Know and actively cross sell bank products and services
• Respond to customer concerns and provide solutions
• Assist customers both in person and via phone
• Attention to detail

The entry rate for this position is $17.00 / hour. All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

SCHEDULE : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 12 : 00-6 : 00; Saturday 8 : 45-1 : 00.

About You

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service Experience
• 18 years and older
• 1-year prior banking experience preferred
• Cash Handling Experience preferred

• Ability to follow up with customers as needed
