```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in shift management, food service management, or assistant manager role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Culinary or catering experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.
