What You’ll Do :

• Untangle intricate customer contracts to process rebate payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Mastermind the monthly, quarterly, and annual rebate calculations, wielding your Excel prowess to manage large data sets with finesse.
• Architect and fine-tune rebate programs, ensuring they align flawlessly with contract terms and boost profitability.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Management on strategic contract initiatives and program enhancements.
• Proactively resolve rebate discrepancies, crafting action plans to swiftly tackle challenges and keep projects on track.
• Dive into special projects, showcasing your problem-solving skills and making impactful recommendations to optimize the rebate process.

What We’re Looking For :

• A degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent experience, with a keen eye for detail and strong ethical standards.
• Proficiency in Excel’s advanced features like VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas, along with experience in ERP systems like Oracle.
• Previous exposure to contracts or a manufacturing environment is a big plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate fast-paced environments and handle competing priorities with ease.
