    Stern At Home Therapy is a leading provider of home health care services, offering personalized care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

    As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care and support. You will be responsible for handling a range of customer service inquiries, including:
    • Answering incoming calls and setting patients up with services.
    • Cold calling leads from marketers.
    • Scheduling appointments and managing patient files.
    • Addressing patient concerns and resolving issues.
    • Coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance companies.

    Qualifications:
    • At least 2 years of customer service & sales experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing is preferred.
