    The Venture Incubation Team is driving the evolution of Celonis into a platform company by incubating Domain Ventures around specific use-cases on the Celonis Platform at scale. We guide CEOs / Founders through the Celonis venture journey from use-case ideation, building their own vertical and horizontal domain products on the Celonis Platform and accelerating an incremental venture go-to-market around their products.

     

    The Role

    As part of the Venture Incubation Team, you attract and incubate Domain Ventures for specific Celonis use cases / industries at scale and oversee their growth. You are the Operating Partner to the Venture CEO / Founder and guide them through the entire venture journey from ideation to incubation, product building, Go-to-Market strategy and business acceleration. You are the interface between these ventures and Celonis with a short communication line to the Celonis Product, GTM and Service functions. As a Venture Manager, you gain experience and upskill yourself on how to build vertical and horizontal SaaS companies. Through close collaboration with the Founders / CEOs of different ventures, you will be well-equipped to start your own company or lead a venture in the Celonis Ecosystem as a C-level executive.

     

    The work you’ll do:

    • Attract, build, and accelerate Domain Ventures around specific Celonis use-cases.
    • Design end-to-end strategies with the Venture CEOs from ideation to incubation, product building, GTM acceleration and marketing campaigns.
    • Design use-case Partner Products on Celonis and oversee the product building.
    • Advice on structuring and acceleration of the venture go-to-market functions. (e.g. Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, BDR, Delivery)
    • Consult CEOs on hyper growth scaling and strategic decisions as the Operating Partner.
    • Guide ventures on delivery methodologies incl. value framing and realization for their specific use-case Partner Products.
    • Provide short communication lines into the Celonis organization and provide access to shared resources like marketing and technical support.

     

    The qualifications you need:

    • 5 years (Venture Manager) or 8 years (Senior Manager/Director) of experience as a Venture Manager, Venture Capitalist or Consultant.
    • SaaS, Business Development, Product and/or Sales experience.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to start a new venture.
    • Strong understanding of Celonis technology and value propositions.
    • Ability to partner with CEOs and guide them throughout their venture journey.
    • Excellent project management and consulting communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive and accelerate Go-to-Market strategies.
