Position Overview

As the Managing Partner, you will lead a team of investment professionals, manage investor relations, and oversee the entire investment lifecycle from sourcing deals to exit strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the venture capital landscape, a strong network within the startup ecosystem, and a proven ability to generate attractive returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's investment strategy in alignment with market trends and investor expectations.
• Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and structure investment terms, including equity stakes, governance rights, and exit strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to portfolio company executives to optimize growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with limited partners (LPs), including reporting on fund performance and fundraising efforts.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the firm, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform investment decisions.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a successful venture capitalist, with a track record of leading investments that have delivered significant returns.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
