JOB TITLE:  Executive Vice President, Fund Accounting - Private Equity

JOB DUTIES:  The Executive Vice President, Private Equity will be responsible for maintaining Client Relationship Management. Specifically, they will: maintain and enhance client relationship by monitoring and developing client service level agreements providing a full service/ product offering; leverage existing client relationship to secure new business, offering our products and services; work closely and participate with Business Development and Senior Management teams on marketing pitches and other client presentations; work in partnership with the Vice Presidents, oversee the resolution of complex client issues; visit clients on periodic basis to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agreed KPIs, SLAs, and Fund Documents; work alongside our integration team to establish plan for new client setup and transitions, and assist to develop best operating models for optimal service delivery to clients; maintain a proactive customer focus at all times; enhance current servicing levels and deliver beyond client expectations; coordinate with various stakeholders, including other operational and ancillary service groups to ensure client deliverables are met timely and accurately; assist in the resolution of complex client issues; review private equity fund client’s partnership agreements, PPMs and other materials; develop and implement best practice standards and drive towards efficiencies; maintain pristine compliance with local regulators and internal/external auditors; establish and document business contingency plans for all areas of responsibility; participate in and lead projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business; review departmental procedures and policies and supervise Vice Presidents to ensure adherence to these procedures; set challenging team goals & empower people to achieve them; keep people focused on critical goals and deadlines through frequent and consistent communication; motivate people by creating a high performance environment that is both challenging & exciting; actively contribute to corporate initiatives as part of the management team; and manage and oversee staffing requirements, coordinate and oversee staffing, hiring, coaching, and development of team members.

5-7 domestic and 2-3 international trips for client meetings and/or management meetings held at Citco offices required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting and 10 years of experience in the financial services or consulting industry. Experience to include: 10 years of experience of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or other comprehensive basis of accounting; 9 years in Private Equity; 5 years of managing C-suite client relationships or with the controllership function of an alternative asset manager; 5 years of supervisory experience of other professionals; 5 years of experience in negotiation, business planning and budgeting, margin analysis, and technical accounting; and 3 years of project management experience.

OTHER (WORKSITE): 560 Mission Street, Suite 2950, San Francisco, CA 94105; 40 hours/week; Hybrid Work-From-Home schedule (2 days office, 3 days work from home) within a reasonable commuting distance from home office permitted;  Salary Range: $273,770/yr. to $330,000/yr.
