    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement robust fundraising programs that align with both annual and long-term financial objectives.
    • Inspire and lead the development team in executing innovative fundraising initiatives.
    • Personally engage with major donors, ensuring effective stewardship and cultivation of donor relationships.
    • Foster a culture of ongoing feedback and enhancement within the team.

    Required Skills

    • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in fundraising, development, marketing, and community engagement.
    • Proven success in managing and executing effective fundraising programs.
    • Proficient in engaging potential donors for contributions of time and resources.
    • Familiarity with donor tracking software such as E-tapestry is highly desirable.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong organizational and analytical competencies.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Comprehensive understanding of nonprofit missions, objectives, and operational practices.
    • Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation is preferred.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and consistent access to a motor vehicle with appropriate insurance.

    Compensation And Benefits

    • Competitive medical insurance (employee contribution of $81/month for individual coverage).
