Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust fundraising programs that align with both annual and long-term financial objectives.
- Inspire and lead the development team in executing innovative fundraising initiatives.
- Personally engage with major donors, ensuring effective stewardship and cultivation of donor relationships.
- Foster a culture of ongoing feedback and enhancement within the team.
Required Skills
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in fundraising, development, marketing, and community engagement.
- Proven success in managing and executing effective fundraising programs.
- Proficient in engaging potential donors for contributions of time and resources.
- Familiarity with donor tracking software such as E-tapestry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and analytical competencies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of nonprofit missions, objectives, and operational practices.
- Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation is preferred.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and consistent access to a motor vehicle with appropriate insurance.
