Overview:
We are seeking a self motivated, highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Vice President, with the ultimate goal of taking the role of CEO. As the Vice President, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our organization. This is a senior leadership position that requires exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to drive growth and profitability. The Green industry along with new construction is growing rapidly, creating a unique once in a life time growth opportunity. Overall compensation will be directly proportional to total revenue and gross margins.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire operation and have full control of P&L responsibilities.
- Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Collaborate with strategic industry partners to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Monitor financial performance, analyze profit loss statements, and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Manage key projects and ensure timely completion within budget constraints

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of success in the GREEN industry.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $158,290.00 per year
